I scanned in all my literature and put them online. Perfect for restoration information or just fun to look at. Thanks to Wes, we have the Ramsey lit and a bill of sale.

Cool stuff! I'll have to look more closely when I have time to go through this. I have a bunch of literature too -- lots of stuff from the 70s. Maybe I'll scan it and put it on Rusty Brain.

Mike,

I have my window sticker for the '78 - would you like a scan?

Also, does anyone have an emissions schematic for Canadian (or other non-US, non-smog) '78 FJ40?

Ige and I were talking about this last night. Just would like to see what the rest of the world's FJ40's were using to run in 1978...

TIA

I have the Cali spec emmisions sticker if you want to compare the worst.

A scan would be sweet. I made all of them 300ppi and approx 1024pixles high.

TIAHey TJ, you don't need no stinkin' schematic, just peek under the hood of my Canadian 78 FJ45. There ain't nothin' there, no smog pump, no EGR, no "computer", nada zilch. There's one vacuum hose from the non-USA carb to the non-USA fully electronic vacuum advance distributor, and one short vacuum hose from manifold vacuum to carb choke breaker.

Thanks Jeff! I'll snap a pic next time I see it...

added some new stuff to the Literature page. LP-LPB (thanks to Shane;)), updated the 1967CarLife with bigger images, and added the 1964MotorTrendRed.

TIAI don't have any schematics, but have a stock, unmolested CDN spec 1978. It has vacuum advance full electronic distributor, and like my 71, only 2 vacuum hoses, one to the distributor and the other between the manifold and the choke breaker on the non-USA carb.
