Looking on the map there isn't much near there :D

I just picked up a winch on ebay and was wondering if anyone was near there and would be willing to drag it along to Cruise Moab. It turned out to be less than what I was hoping for so hate to spend more money for shipping at this point.
Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Yikes, that's like half way to Kansas! Troy, any chance the guy can bring it to Stevenson Toyota West this Wednesday evening? That's I-70 & Colfax.. and is our monthly meeting. If you can get it there, we'll bring it the rest of the way to Moab no problem, some time between 7 and 7:30 pm would be best.

I can't sign up to drive out & get it though, sorry my :Princess: would kill me. Maybe someone else can?

now your messing with me. On my map there is a colfax rd that runs paralel with I-70 almost from Strasburg into Aurora. Where exactly is the meeting? I've been to Littleton a few times but otherwise I'm geographically challenged when it comes to Colorado.

oh, I'd be happy to pay someone's gas. To Strasburg, not Moab!

thanks, for the help

Strasburg is 30 miles east of I-225 and I-70.

Stevenson Toyota is another 30 miles west. Maybe the seller could get it somewhere around I-70 and I-225. If he could get it there, I am sure one of us could go there.

I know exactly were the firing line is. Bought my 9mm there. Great gun shop and shooting range. Bill Morgans kind of place. I can pick it up there for you. What size winch?

Bill Morgans kind of place.

Bwahahaha!!! that was funny Ken, thanks.

Colfax & I-70 do run parallel, but then I-70 takes a little bit of a left-hand turn right before it starts climbing into the mountains. About a mile or two later they collide... I think that area is Lakewood? between Wheatridge & Golden.

Ken if you can get this to the meeting tomorrow the CM trailer will also be there, I hear it has plenty of shelf space.

Thanks a bunch Ken. It's just an 8000lb warn. cable looks like it's in need of replacing. I had actually been bidding on a few 12000lb warns and wasn't careful enough and ended up with this one. Still, I've been feeling naked with the bare ARB up front. This will do till I get a bigger one.

Guys name is Mike. He made it sound like it was his business. It's there now. I'll paypal him first things tomorrow.

thanks again

I have the winch and will either put it in the RS trailer (Preferred) or carry it to Moab myself
