I lost a relay on my http://www.arbusa.com/uploads/Images/lights/hybridAssistSmall.jpg IPF J01 lights, called ARB and they sent me two new relays at no cost.:thumb:
I know ARB can be pretty pricey, but this is the second time I have gotten excellent customer service. Good job ARB!

I've had several issues with various ARB products, including used.
They have ALWAYS treated me right, including sending me new rocker switches, a new compressor, and a new bracket for a bumper free of charge.
Their tech service is like none other. EXTREMELY helpful, even over the phone, polite, and ready to bend over backwards to give you a hand.
In today's world of cheap products and shotty customer service, ARB will get my business every time.
There's ARB, and then there is everything else.
