First off, talk to the :Princess: if you don't like the name cause it's her idea.:D

This is our new rig. Sorry for the lousy cell phone pictures. We were looking for a longer wheel base vehicle that was easy to drive on the street to get to local wheeling events without trailering. It's a 1985 X-Cab truck with a 117" wheel base. It's a 22RE, 5 speed, with Marlin Crawler dual cases, an All-Pro tube bed, MC bumper with stinger, Ramsey 9500 winch with synthetic line, 5.29's with a Detroit Locker in the rear and an ARB up front. It also has Hi-Steer with the IFS steering box and Longfield axles/birfs & hub gears.

I performed my signature 6 rattle can paint job on it Saturday (Bill, it looks MUCH better than when you saw it) since it was multi colorad and not nearly bright enough. I also added the beadlocks and 37" Goodyear MTR's.

I also got a complete All-Pro Extreme long travel suspension setup with it that I will have to install. It's a good thing too since I broke the drivers front spring pack in half yesterday on Chinaman's Gulch.:rolleyes:. I was going to keep this secret until I got it all finished and drove it to one of the monthly meetings but due to the big story on the OCG run I figured I might as well share it early.

Were still keeping the Blue Mule if you're wondering, just adding a new horse to the stable. It's amazing how much easier the LWB climbs!

You have to have the right equipment and the cojones to do that, I only have one of those two :D

Very cool new rig:thumb:. Is it yours, or are you now relegated to painting, wrenching, breaking, fixing/upgrading Dee's truck?

She named it, she picked the color, so what do you think?:hill:

looks good Randy :) put those 4.70 gears in and have some fun:)

the extra wheelbase is really nice for climbing, mine sits at 112 and couldn't be happier :)

maybe I will rattlecan my truck after all :D

I dig the truck. All you need now is one of these to tote both of them around!

I'll bet I can find a way to make a 22RE fly. On the other hand part of the reason for getting a longer wheel base was to keep me on the ground more.

I like the color. Rims are my favorite.

Nice Randy, I figured you were going to look at that one. Those look like Tim's rims/tires, I wanted to get those but need tires for my DD. I told him to give you a call and let you know he still had them.

The color looks great too, nice job Dee;) Sharon named ours too and choose the colors. Now we have;

Red Chili, Randy's Green Chili, and our Habanero :D Gecko Green Chili whatever it takes.

I am glad you ended up with an extra cab, you will love the room.

Hope to be on the trail with you soon!:cheers:

Nice looking truck Randy. Now both you and Dee can drive on some trails. Is your trailer big enough for two trucks?
