Slee's doing the work. :D
Doesn't seem like that big a jump put people say it's real nice. From 7% over to 3% under. I think. Front pinion was done. Staying with 33's (295.75r16) AT's. I guess Santa's teaming up with his good friend VISA for this Holiday season.

Similar to a Warn M1200. Is there someplace else you sugest? Labor rates there are very reasonable. While I could pull the difs myself. I'm not comfortable doing a R&P in my family hauler. Nor do I have the space for my truck to sit while I wait to get parts. They did the Arb install for me when I exploded the front dif the 1st time. They are also 1.5hrs from my home.

This might help you judge cost...from a recent thread:

What has made it remotely affordable is that 4.88 gear sets have only just become available for 100 series. Before now you had to combine 2 gear sets and 2 ARB carriers mixed in the rear to make it work. There is now a gear set that will bolt to the factory rear carrier.

Got my truck back last night. Joe was nice enough to drive it up to Copper. Seemes to have more power. It rallied over Vail Pass, but that's not the steep side. I'm used to seeing the spedo doing 75mph and passing everyone. Now I see 75mph and I'm in the slow lane. Then again friday night headed in to the mountains,,, maybe everyones excited and driving fast. I've got to drive with my gps for a while and get a sense for the actual vs. spedometer. I think I'm now 3% under.
