Unless I get to busy with Trail Boss stuff I just might have to join this competition. Got a great recipe from Buffalo where my wife is from. But we'll see. I usually get full before everything comes off the grill cuz there so good.

Do they have hot wings in Canada or just cold wings? Strange northern food items like smoked trout and pickled herring are welcome too. If it goes with beer we'll eat it. Good to hear you're comming.

I won't be equipped to compete in the cookoff, but I will certainly trade beers for wings. :)

For those that like to follow recipes.
http://mantestedrecipes.com/recipes/searchresults.aspx?text=wings

For anyone that did not attend last year this is an informal contest. Everyone is welcome. There is no entrance fee. You may cook as many wings as you like or enter other items such as cornbread, jalapeno poppers, any kind of man food really.

I would like to extend a great thank you to Steamworks Brewing for their 1st place finish for best beer entered in the 2009 contest.

Yes, vendor night is also thursday. See you all in Moab
