View Full Version : Selling my FJ60

01-12-2010, 07:03 PM

I need to get a good low mileage high economy commuter for my job and to do that I need to free up extra cash. I'm selling my FJ60 and hopefully one of these days I will get another.

The engine has knock but within a week the rebuilt engine (not assembled) will be ready for pick up at Gunn. I just put 95 4runner front calipers, pads, and rotors on it this summer. It's got a rebuilt (by gunn) head, idler pulley where the smog pump used to be, and runs and drives pretty well. It needs a lift kit and tires after the engine and it should be pretty good to go.

$2300 with about $900 in recent reciptes for new parts. So $1300 for a 60 that needs a rebuild and a rebuilt engine to assemble and put it in.

I would be very interested in your rebuilt 2F if you decide to part it out.

You can buy it and part it out. ;)

That sucks Mike. You put a lot of work into that 60 over the past year - you should just drive her and enjoy her. But I know the reasons. Good luck and happy cruisin'!

Wow... didn't last long.

Maybe by the time you're ready to join the LC community again you can buy mine. :D
