I gave all my extra shackles to my Dad to help him get his off-pavement kit started.

Where can I buy a couple more 7/8ths pin, rated, D-ring shackles, preferably MADE IN USA, before the snow run?
I work 8-5, so it has to be either open late, or close enough that I can run and get them over a lunchbreak.

Murdochs or any implement shop. Lambert Hitch on about 38th and Tennison also sells "real" recovery hardware.

Steven,

If you run out of time before the run, I have a couple of D-rings you can use Saturday.

We got ours at Slee. I know that is a bit out of the way from your office. If you need me to, I could probably swing over at lunch tomorrow and pick them up on your behalf and then get them to Mr. Brady if I don't make it to the run.

I bought my everyday use shackles over at High Country 4x4 (http://www.hcp4x4.com/). I believe they are ARB shackles with a rating. I think they are made in China, however.

the ones I got from HCP4x4 were USA made. 4 3/4 ton.

But Columbus McKinnon is a good company, from what I've dealt with them on.
