I have a Mobile home in Winter Park for sale. 8' x 50' 1 bedroom, 1 hallway bed nook, 1 bath. Its right in the heart of downtown (Walk Everywhere). It needs some work but is liveable. Would be a good ski/mountainbike house. Lot rent is $390/month and it needs to be owner occupied, that means no renting it out. I'm asking $5k.

If anyone feels this is out of place, let me know and I'll delete it.

I'm interested in the mobile home. I'll shoot you a PM with my cell.
Thanks. Doug

The Bradley ia kinda cool. When I was a kid, one of my parents neighbors built one of those. I remember when the truck showed up to deliver the parts. To a 12 year old, it seemed like the best project ever. I hope you find a new home for it.

I'm a little interested in the WP trailer too. Do you have any pics and/or an address so I could check it out on Google maps or something?
Thanks,
Abe

Bump,
So I have a Cruiser now, but it seems like buying it was the cheapest part of the plan. So... I'm trying to sell this again. I cut the price in half from $10k to now $5k.

Hey Gary,
I'm still interested, & even more so at 5k. Is there any way that my wife & I could go up & check it out this weekend? Also, what sort of work does it need?
Thanks,
abe

Ya, my wifes parents are in W.P. still, so they may be able to meet you.

I had a guy renting in there, and he made an attempt at installing Pergo. I would want to redo it, but most of the material is still usable. There is a knob broken off of the stove. And a closet door is broken. Other than the flooring and maybe a good coat of paint, there are no major things.

PM me if you want to try and make it happen.

Gary
