View Full Version : Toyota elocker diff, 4.88 gears, complete

Low pinion, front or rear application. This was for my project DD truck since sold to a friend. My loss, your gain.

Never used Trail-Gear 4.88 R&P + new TG (Timken) setup kit used in build. From Marlin, these cost $1449.00 set up, deducting the difference for TG gears, that equals $1400 or so value.

4.88s don't work for your needs? Will consider keeping the R&P if 4.88s do not work for you, deducting the cost of the R&P, and setting up gears you purchase in a ratio to match your needs. Or I can just pull the R&P, deduct the cost, and sell you the disassembled remainder. Your choice.

$995.00, set up, 4.88s

$850 sans R&P (ouch, that was a careful setup too... oh well :lmao:)

PM please.

Make offer.
4.88 IFS front diff, factory, as well, so this will set you up. If you don't want to carve up your housing for the elocker, I also have a complete Tacoma axle housing/axles/brakes, rebuilt, reinforced, that will make your life EEEEE ZEEEEE.

All right, way too many choices, what's your bottom line for the 4.88 rear E-locker, assembled, setup, and ready to bold in... after I modify my 89 V6 4runner axle, that is?

Hi Skidplate, LeiniesRed spoke up by IM about 9 hours ahead of you and we are negotiating for the diff, axles, and housing... but if that falls through you can be next in line if you like.

$995.00, set up, 4.88s

Serves me right for offering choices! :lmao:

Sorry Bill. Go with Skidplate's offer.

OK, Skidplate... yer up! Want the whole axle? It would make it easy, it would clear my garage, and for that you could have it on the cheap side.
