I have a clean set of 5 80 series wheels (acorn lugs) that I'd like to trade for a shank set of LC or LX wheels. My set is in excellent condition giving the age of them. I'd trade for a set not in as good of condition as long as they are straight and true.

I have a set of LC rims from my 96. Not sure about the shank business however. They are not the best looking but they are true.

96 should be shanked lugs. Do you have all 5?

I'll show you mine if you show me yours.....

Yep I have all 5. I need to get tires, so you can have the thingys tires and all. I are you going to be at the Wheel Bearing Backing party or the April Meeting? We can compare units.

This thread is degrading quickly, but I guess I started it.

I will not be at the wheel bearing packing party. Live in Durango. I'll post some pics up. But I don't have any rubber on my "units"

You going to CM10? If not I'm sure someone will have space on a trailer for the set of wheels.

I'm not going to CM10. I will snap some pics of my wheels in the morning. Four have rubber one is just the rim. The four that have tires are stock size Michelin's. Two of them are ok but they have typical dry rot.

 Those might be too rough to trade. I'll get some pics soon but mine look new in comparison

Don't want to split my set up but how much to buy your pair? Post some pics

Really not trying to sell them, They are on my 60. You see when I bought my 60 it already had 80 series wheels on it, one day I decided to rotate my tires and I noticed that 2 of my wheels are the acorn style and 2 are the shank style so I thought this could be a perfect opportunity to get mine matching. I do totally understand you not wanting to break your set up. All my tires match so thats why I wouldnt sell them outright because I wouldnt have anything to put on my 60. I would probably trade my whole set for a nice set of 60 series wheels with good tires if you have anything like that.

Sorry my 60 has a set of AM Baja wheels, not stockers.

I'm interested in aquiring an additional pair of wheels too. I want to convert my M101a trailer over to Cruiser wheels.

I might just have to sell my set of 5 outright and go looking nationally for a set of shank wheels. Plus I really like the look of LX wheels over LC.

I have $450 into these wheels if anyone wants them for that price. No shipping but delivery to CM10 shouldn't be a problem.

I've been looking for an extra set of wheels too...just for fun I called the Lexus dealer; special order, $517.09 per wheel
