In case you had not heard, I have a couple of side businesses...one is Colorado Local Farmers' Markets, with 4 markets in the western suburbs starting in May, and the other is Buchanan Urban Farms, where I grow and sell heirloom organic veggies at the Markets. I now have land in a couple of different areas, and the need for a pickup truck is really getting obvious...need a good running work truck for firewood, dirt, compost, supplies, etc etc. I was looking at trailers for behind my 80 but anything decent is going to be a lot more than an old $1000 pickup truck. For now I am going for an old cheap truck, but looking to sell my 40 and get a good solid pickup. Anyone know of a good cheap pickup for sale? Looks are not that important, just as long as it runs and drives good. More partial to the V8 trucks with 4x4, but anything is an option right now. Thanks all!

Sounds like a fun business Timm.

This would make a cool old farm truck:

In the meantime, considering a M101a trailer to haul stuff around. A couple in the area under $500 and a few coming up for auction also. One with a dump bed would be very cool and very handy...
