Hello, Mud member here for a family funeral in Denver area.

Does anyone have or know where I could get a late 2F distributor in good (non-rusted) condition? '79-80 would be ideal, but '81-87 very acceptable too. Need one soon for a 4WD trip late this month. TIA.

Try Yoda Jim's wrecking yard in Denver. He has more used Toyota stuff in one place than anyone else. Number is 303-506-5119

Thanks a bunch for the tips and leads; I believe I have one located direct from a forum member. Will file for future reference since I am up here frequently.

Thanks again and 73, N5MUD Lee

Just to happily conclude this thread, I was able to connect with RS member theRash and he sold me a very nice large-cap 60-series distributor in excellent condition and the dished pushrod gallery cover to go with it for a very reasonable price, would only take what he had in it. I love Cruiser karma and believe that what goes around, comes around. Thanks again Scott and RS for the use of your forum. Hope to see (or at least talk on 2M with) some of you at the tail end of CM; I'll be passing through Moab on the last day, headed for a week in the Abajo Mountains and Canyonlands. If you see a Rustic Green 40 with a rectangular bezel and Texas radio operator plates that's me. If you have APRS I'll be beaconing and seeing yours also.
