Looking for a set of lx450 wheels for my 4runner. Condition isnt super important just as long as they arent bent, or curbrashed too badly. Thanks, Max

Good luck Max...

LX450 wheels seem to be far and few between...Even finding 80 series wheels can be tough. You can buy LX450 and 80 series wheels online but they are going to run you $200+ per wheel from what I've seen. I got lucky and found 3 LX450 wheels for $200 and 5 80-series wheels for the same (that had unfortunately been rattle canned black :()

So I have been learning. I am extremely determined to have these wheels for my 4runner. as the stock wheel backspacing wont work with 285/75/16's. Which sucks!! I might have to settle for fzj80 wheels. But we will see what I come up with in the next month.

...You dont still have those 3 wheels do you? :D

Yes I do as a matter of fact...But I plan on using them for a trailer project...someday :) - I plan to use the 5 80-series wheels (well 4 of them) for emissions testing tires for myself and anyone in the club that needs to borrow 285 size tires for their e-test.

Hes only got LC wheels. :(

What about Collector Edition or 40th Anniversary Edition? Similar to LX450 wheels, without the stripe but with the darker gray on the insert part...Might not be any easier to find though...

FYI that at one time both Nakman and Ige had a set of 80 series wheels for sale...Not sure if they are still available or not...

Sets of 80 wheels can be had for $200, one just needs to be patient. Those aren't LX450's with the stripe, and not the chrome ones, but just straight up 80 wheels. The last extra set I owned now belongs to Timmbuck2, afaik Ige still has a set but she's likely got plans for it.

Keep watching CL, mud, even here... I bet within 3 months another set pops up again.
