This is a 1996 trailer fabricated & titled by Offroad Outfitters. It was lightly used for 3 years and has been stored in a storage unit since then.

It is very sturdily built using heavy gauge steel throughout, yet it is balanced well enough for 1 person to easily move it around.

It has a 3500 lb axle & springs under it with near new BFG 31" TA radials and black spoke wheels. Bearings & hubs are packed and adjusted.

The bed is 35" wide x 42" long and the sides are 18" high. The interior of the box is rhino lined. The exterior was professionally painted, then pin striped. All forward facing painted surfaces have clear bra material on them to prevent rock chips.

It has a shelf in the front to carry gas cans or propane tanks. The hitch is for a 2" ball. This thing is HD enough you could probably mount a RTT on top of it and store stuff under it in the trailer bed. $750

Heh heh, thats a good one :D, thought I would flip it over and get a picture of the underside to show it's a HD axle and nothing is beat up.

How hard would it be to put a lid on it? I'd love to have something like this to haul my camping gear.

Pretty easy, have a sheet metal shop fab one up for you. You could even put gas strus on it. I would make it heavy enough to also tote stuff on top of it, you could make like a small roof top rack for it.

Timztoy could probably fab one up for you.

If you want it to be strong enough to walk on and load stuff on to it, I would use 1/8" angle iron for a frame with a piece of 1/8" steel diamond plate sheet for the skin. It wouldnt be too heavy and would be plenty strong.

Could you give me the dimensions of the inside of the trailer?
