Anyone know of a good paint restoration place? Paintless dent repair, buffing, scratch repair, etc...

I would start with a good detail shop and see what they say.

Yeah, I've been looking into that, but I haven't lived here long and don't have the first clue on who is reputable... bout like throwing darts at a phone book... any suggestions then, on a good detail shop?

ha, ha... yup, Arvada... though I just updated that for the first time in about 3 moves, so prolly still a good idea to ask. Nice work though Nak.

No 'one' has a place in mind?

I'm down south but I only have names of places I wouldn't recommend so that won't help. There was that shop Red Chili used but IIRC they closed up. Maybe everyone else is rattle canning their rigs lately :hill:

So what places don't you recommend then? At least I can make sure not to go to them... narrow down by search at least. Thanks in advance.

The obvious ones if you're looking for quality vs. price: Maaco for instance

One down here is ABRA auto collision - Did some repair work on my '99 Durango that was ok, but not stellar

I liked the work they did on my 60 at West Side Auto Body. In Lakewood at about 17th just east of Kendall. Very reasonable too. They are not a detail shop, but might be worth a try if you want body work/paint.

Auto Reflections on 44th & Pierson in Wheat Ridge does great work.

Cheesemans rig looks good with his new red paint.. I believe that he had Oleg from Irbis do some of the body work, not sure if Oleg did the actual painting or sent it out ... it may be worth giving him a call and see what he has for suggestions... he is a club member!!!

Cheeseman had his painted where I did. Sad to see them go. Bradford Auto Body does nice work I hear. Down the street from me.
