View Full Version : Good local Dodge/transmission mechanic?
Yeah yeah I know but its not for me its for my neighbor, and I am only asking becuase he wants to fix the Dodge and sell it to buy a Toyota. Apparently the tranny is fubar and its either 1) a solenoid or 2) the tranny is shot. Dodge
So anyone know either a good Dodge or tranny guy? :thumb:

Arnold's Transmission at W. 29th Ave. and Yates St. See Dodges in there all of the time - not sure that is a testament to their skills at Arnold's or a comment on Chrysler products. My Toyota has never been in there!

that is why Dodge offers 100,000 mile warranties on their drivetrains. Make sure he isn't under 100,000...

If it is a new Cummings, tell his to upgrade the torque converter from the silly 1 disc converter to a 3 disc while they are in there, should make that drive train invisible. I'm a big fan of Cummings diesels so nothing wrong with owning a dodge as long as its got Cummings in the frame rails :thumb:
