While motorcycling yesterday. Webster pass on the souther side. Slid off the shelf road. Organized 2 atv with winches to scoot it back an forth and work it back up onto the road. I am grateful to all the club member for the education i have received. It was a similar scene to tim's ordeal on the gtr. Pics sometime later today.

Excuse me while I pat myself on the back.

Glad you were there to help them out. Webster was closed earlier this year. I wonder if it really ever opened again.

Looks like that area is really busy these days.

That was a pretty interesting read Mike....

In case, anyone here is curious, trail recoveries via tow truck are running anywhere from 1K-2K these days... Had a buddy get towed off of Imogene this summer and it was 1500.00, as well.

I wonder if the FS is going to do anything about that section of shelf road? It's getting worse and worse as time goes on.

Good job Farnham - glad those little ATV winches had the power to pull it up to safety.
