All,
I am rebuilding a sm465 to put in my fj40 and need a special bearing puller. Does anyone have any connections to some one at a transmission shop or chevy dealership that I can borrow the puller or pay to remove the bearing? I only need the one bearing removed please help.
Thanks,
Ben

What kind of special gear puller? I have several. Lemme know I'd happy to help.

Which bearing are you trying to pull?

If it's on the input shaft I suspect you will have to have a bearing splitter and a press to remove it.

It is the mainshaft output bearing.

I have had it apart once already I just trashed the old bearing getting it out. I have the chevy FSM and there is a special puller I will run by AAMCO or chevy tomorrow and see what they can do for me.
