i needed some more, but to get them through phillips required buying in quantities of 10, but they were still much cheaper than buying local, so i'll have seven of each for sale. right now, i've only got the negatives, but the positives should be in soon. $4 each.

Someone fill me in as to what the advantage of these terminals is? My terminals are shot, but I was just going to get a set from an autoparts place.

The "standard" terminal has some thin spots, and it flexes ever so slightly in those spots when you tighten it. Apparently I can't find my pic of it, but trust me when I say that when they break, it SUCKS.

The military terminals still flex, but the big square of lead just resists the fatigue a whole lot better.

That's why I have them...

Also, it's "better form" to connect all your electrical connections to the bolt that doesn't have anything to do with clamping the connector to the battery.

are you sure you're looking at military terminals, not marine terminals. my deka/east penn price list is old and doesn't show military terminals, but the ordnance terminals (slimmed down version of a military terminal) would be about $2 after markup. marine is usually about $3. military is usually about $8

Will you by chance be coming to the March meeting? If not, I can PayPal you the money + shipping or mail you a check. It will cost me more than $5 in gas to get up to you :hill: - Unless you have , then I might have to reconsider :lmao:

You could probably ship Romer's set to me as well and I could get them to him at the next meeting if he wants...or vice versa if he is in a hurry for his sets...
