Joe Walsh, gotta admit I'm fairly agnostic towards The Eagles and his solo work, neither much like nor dislike it. But he sure seems like a pretty regular dude. What I've read he is a legit ham, likes those old tube rigs. That pic on Wikipedia could be pretty much any middle aged guy in his basement.

Is 'nice rack' inappropriate here? :-) Seriously, she does seem to have a nice station and a key!

During the Vietnam war, Goldwater, K7UGA, setup a Military Affiliate Radio Service (MARS) station at his Arizona home. He had 34 volunteers providing phone patches to more than 300,000 American families and their loved ones in the combat zone.
