im looking for a cheap old hydraulic log splitter. preferablly 120v or 220v im really only needing the
1) electric motor (5 hp + prefered)
2) 2 stage pump (11 GPM prefered)
3) resivor
4) 4 way control vavle

i dont need the cylinder or hoses or the splitter itself. what im doing is making a hydraulic project and everything the splitter has, is what i need

Also - I have a closed-center 4 way splitter valve you can have if you need it. This might work with an electric motor system, but will not work with a gas-powered system, as the valve does not allow oil to pass in the centered (non-log-splitting) position, and dead-heads the pump. This valve comes from a tractor-based system, where a closed center valve allows the rest of the tractor hydraulics to maintain pressure and function.

Northern Tool is your source for all these parts, if not Craigslist or Rising Sun.

needs to be open center with 2 stage pump, thanks

and the "electric log splitters" i belive are cable operated, not hydro ( could be mistaken )
