Cruise Moab is the club’s event and we cannot pull off this world class event without your help. A little bit of your time goes a long way!

These are the general areas we need help with; please post which areas you can help with and I will get you on the schedule. If you submitted volunteer info with your registration, check back soon for your assigments.

More details the event gets closer…

Set-up - Tuesday

On Tuesday evening, we need help setting up the tech inspection tents, stuffing packets and unloading.

Wednesday.
8-10 AM Trey
10 AM-12 PM Cindy M, Dee R

Thursday 7-8 AM

Friday 7-8 AM

Dinner - Friday.
We need a total of 20 volunteers to cover both shifts. We need help selling raffle tickets and collecting meal tickets.

We could use help loading the Rising Sun equipment.

WHen I registered I filled out the evolunteer form. I am wondering when I might find out if I am needed for sure and how that confirmation takes place.

Help is always needed. I'm not sure what the committee is doing about assigning people, but I know in the past, I've just arrived and asked those in charge where/when I was needed and made sure I was there to get it done. It's pretty informal but works out well when a lot of folks are willing to help. :thumb:

Dave, I am sure Sharon will help out again but I am not sure what time she will get into camp Wednesday. I know we helped out last year with the raffle but I don't know what I will be doing then. We will try to jump in where we can.

I will definitely help out with dinner. I can also help out with vendor night, and anything else that needs done when I am not doing trail leader stuff
