Here's a story (http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2011/02/13/automobiles/collectibles/20110213-modela.html) in the NY Times about a guy who bought a 1930 Model A Ford and is daily driving it for a year. Pretty cool. His website is here (http://www.365daysofa.com/).

And you thought daily driving an FJ40 was difficult!

i swear I saw this thing driving down 44th in denver on saturday. is he in denver or somewhere I else? I don't read, and I don't recognize the building in the background so maybe it was some other guy driving around in a model A?

Dean was talking about something like this just this weekend, that he and Natalie saw a Model A driver up in Boulder. It had 70 years of paint fade, dents, dings and what-not. If memory serves he said the top was replaced and that was about it as far as restoration.

They made almost 5 million of them in 4 years. It's not uncommon to see them on the road still. My Dad used to drive his to work in the early 1970s.
