I am putting a new head on my 82 pickup this weekend and I am having trouble finding a head gasket kit. Done the usual NAPA, Havana auto parts, and Autozone search for the kits.-no luck- Apparently everyone with a 22r is doing a top end right now....
Normally I am used to ordering parts for my 40 I figured something like this would be available locally.
Are there any toyota parts places in town that might have a gasket kit in stock?

Boulder, stevinson, and groove all have the head gasket 11115-35060. I don't know the # on the kit

Thanks. Even Stevinson had to order them. Oh well at least the stuff will be OEM and I'll have them by the weekend.

BTW, we should add Mountain States to the list of potential parts counters, that's where Jerry went after leaving Groove.

CarQuest had a '78 FJ carb kit in stock, and also had Camry valve stem seals when absolutely no one else in town had them, including the dealer.

I don't like everything about CarQuest, but they sometimes have what NAPA doesn't. Carquest doesn't advertise much, so it's easy to forget they exist.
