I know without seeing it, this is impossible, but I just want a ballpark number to see if I can get enough out of it to make it worth selling..( wife's idea, one toy is enough)

1999 Grey 138,000 miles.. No problems ...once replaced 2 Coils...
Stock bumpers beaten up.. if selling to public will buy replacement on craigslist.

Interior is used.. wil clean up fairly well for most uses. it was our ski truck for 6 yrs so spills and banging up with gear and one rip in passenger.

Only semi mechanical problem is one of the third row seats is stuck in.. I have spent sometime on it , but can probaby it it out.

New tires all around ($800+)with less than 10,000...I'd have to check to be positive.

Timing belt changed at approx 90k...

As you can tell I'm not a record keeping guy, but I bet my wife has it
all..

Any ballpark suggestion would be appreciated..

Yes rear ac and rear locker.

I'm shopping a better idea to the Boss now, keep 100 and sell 4runner

NADA is safe money unless its really clean you might get more. Never see KBB value IMO. Its a cash buyers truck. Too old to finance for 99% of people.

My best guess without seeing pics is $11,500. meaning that's what you could probably get for it if you tried to sell on CL.. but let's see the pics!

My wife would be tickled to net 10k. But have to buy cargo area carpet and maybe a paint job(front bumper flaked bad) Several nicks from snowboards... Kids were young and short:).

Man 10k for a 138,000 mile vehicle with a v8. I spent that on my stock 80 after getting the HG repaired, and I still had 170k miles. If only I was making money right now....

Maybe if you sell it to someone who will wheel it you can skip the paint on the front bumper and discount the price a bit (since it would probably get swapped out for a slee or arb anyway)

good luck with the sale!

I'm out of town tonight, but I'll get some pics up tomorrow of it and maybe have fun with an auction starting at 10k as is....

Only known mechanical/emissions issue is it just threw a p420 last night. So need to see if it's a fluk or time to change 02 sensors. It's funny my 99 4R threw same code last week, maybe I live too close to Greeley and the cow manure smell is setting them off:)

What is the towing capacity of a 100 series? would it tow an 18ft trailer with an fj40?

I would not do that. BTDT, not fun.

I agree. I towed a 30' lite weight once to Moab. That's why we sold camper afraid it would damage tranny, even though it was 1000 under capacity.

That wasn't a slam... It's the smell of money ( my dad is a veterinarian). It is better, but on windy nights we can smell the lots in Frederick.
