Crown victoria on Hells Revenge Trail..... Who needs 4 wheel drive. I used to own a 1977 chevy impala that was dubbed the 4x4 impala, I drove it everywhere but I don't think I would have gone this far. :hill: enjoy!

Low center of gravity and skinny pedal. Probably safer than wheeling my tall tippy 40 on that stuff. :hill:

from what I understand the locals will take cars out there quite a bit. I've been on baby lions back when the HS kids came out with their cars. They told me the had done hells lots of times in cars and that was maybe 5 years ago..

We throw buckets of money at our trucks to do what a skilled driver in a beater can do.

Really makes me want to buy a $200 honda accord or something along those lines and give it a shot. :thumb:

Slick rock is like driving on pavement anyhow. I can relate since I have a saganaw ps out of a 76 Catilina on my 40.:hill:

I don't think he stupid at all, he is out there having fun and his dog is loving it. Just think how many times we run some of the trails in 2 wheel drive;) OK so he has a bad departure angle and no low range but if he has skills, and it looks like he does, he can make lots of trails.

Just think for $500 we can all be out there cruising in comfort with A/C and cushy springs:rolleyes:

I was riding slick rock one time on my bike, flailing, and was blown away by a few guys coming by on unicycles...they are incredible. They made the rest of us with 27 gears and 2 wheels look dumb.

I ran Hell's Revenge in 2WD a couple years back. My frame was cracking at the center arm and I didn't want to put too much stress on the steering from driveline windup. Of course I have a lot more clearance than this guy's car, but traction isn't a problem on that trail at all.

Very cool. Until he beaks something due to lack of clearance and dumps 90wt all over the trail.

I remember the local with a old chevy pick up and he would take launches at Potato Salad. Forget skill. He would roll into town with the roof a little lower every time. I guess he was having a good time.....
