EDIT: Sale Pending on the black rim & tire

I have two 80 series OEM rims (shank lug nut style) for sale. I bought LX450 rims which is why I have these spares for sale - the black painted rim came with the LX rims and the other one was my spare rim.

$65/ea. $100 for both for your trailer project :thumb:. Will deliver within convenience to Denver or COS, e.g. meeting at a central spot.

The black rim has no rock rash, the silver one has some at about 5 & 10 o-clock in the picture. I don't know what the condition of the black rim is under the paint - it's just rattle can. I'll pull the tire if you want on the black rim or you can have it.

I'm headed to downtown Den in about 2 hours - if somebody really wants one today I can probably arrange to meet you :D

How hard is it to remove the black paint? If I can get it off without damaging what's underneath, I'd be interested.

Aircraft stripper and a hose will remove the paint.

If it is stock, I need a spare for the wife's LX.

Thanks,
Clint

They are both stock, although 80 series style vs. LX style. Let me know, and which one you want if any....

Thanks,
Dave

Sorry, I was asking about the tire itself. I might've interested in a rim also. Mine are off a 94.

Thanks, Clint

Sure, you can pick up the tire - it comes with a free rim :lmao:

Seriously, PM me. I have no need for the tire and don't want to separate it to sell for a few bucks, but it's a 275/70/16 and has good tread.

Brake fluid. Although it might take the factory clearcoat off as well. In the plastic model hobby world it is used to strip paint regularly.

Matt, I can take that black paint off in about 3 minutes with my 3500 PSI pressure washer without any chemicals. LMK.
