The Father's Day run was great! Excellent weather and all the snow was gone from the trail. We had about 12 rigs and very little traffic on the trail. We had 1 loose fuel line and 1 flat tire amongst the crew, no other major carnage.

Steve, thank you so much for putting this together! I was in way over my head, and you really showed incredible patience and skill in getting me through with minimal damage.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and kindness. I will do a better job next time in reviewing and selecting to attend runs on trails that are appropriate for my vehicle and skill!

I did take a good number of pictures. I'll work on getting them downloaded and sorted. If you are concerned about your rig or face being posted online (I already know about yours, Justin) please let me know and I will refrain.

Thank you to everyone for making it a great day. Patience and understanding was the theme for the day.

Luc you are very welcome. A 3" lift and 33 or 35 inch tires and Spring Creek is a totally diferent trail for you. Pat yourself on the back for hanging in there!

Had a great time!

I think you did great. As Steve said, a small lift and some slightly bigger tires and you'll be walking that trail like that Jeep Wranger did. He had 35's, a 3" lift and was totally unlocked front & rear.

Were doing a 3" lift install on the hoist next Saturday, feel free to come by and watch & learn. If you do decide to install upgrades, there are plenty of folks in the club that are willing to lend a hand.

I think Mike Davidson took a ton of pictures, hopefully he'll post up and save the day.

More pics...might be time to take the camera in. The sand from Utah and Wyoming finally boogered up the focus.

I'm surprised at the difference in snow, or lack of snow, in one week.

Indeed. Isn't that one hand signal he was giving a warning about sharp rock in the middle? I seem to get that one a lot ...

Actually, truth be told, as I recall you made some comments about Ige's absence from the run on or about the time you gave that hand signal... :lmao:

Looks like a blast, I remember running that first obstacle open/open... and stalling half way up, restarted again... forgot to put it in gear! Fun trail for sure!
