Does anyone know of a motorcycle that I can use as a prop for a photo shoot with a hot babe?

Looking for a road bike or heavy dirt bike with a slight Mad Max / Steampunk / Burning Man flavor, if you know what I mean. Nothing too tricked out, just a hint of one or all of the above.

No show bikes - need a real workhorse this time. :puppykisses:

is a Honda CRF50 tough enough?

probably not, unless the hot babe really was a babe... like 9. :o

Both Beater and Red Chili have some cool bikes, but neither one of them is that hot. :lmao:

Nakman, I already have the scantily-clad babe. Just need a bike that could fit in among the gangsters in Mad Max / Road Warrior films...

Hmmm... Turns out, there is a term for what I'm looking for: Ratbike.

Anybody got a line on one?

My KTM is in pieces all over my garage. It looks pretty rough at the moment.

Here is a shot of my bike. It has big ape hanger handlebars on it now. Saddlebags are great for carrying beer.

I think this is an actual contender...it's a friend of a co-worker...

A friend of a friend has a chopper located in Woodland Park. Let me know if any other deals fall through and I could try to get a hold of him and see if he's interested in donating his bike to a good cause :p:

Whoa! Cardinal - that would be a great bike for the photo shoot!!! If you get a chance, you think you could send me a message with the bike owner's contact info? We're thinking of shooting next Saturday, if we get the slightly steampunky wardrobe ready.

Head out to Moab, and I have this. And a shop full of other rusty oddities.

...had to wait to get to work for the contact info...you have PM.

Also...I'll get more details on the bike if I can. Apparantly, they are part of the "dirt bag 'something' garage"? I dunno....it's similar to that.

that bike is totally rad, huh?

Cardinal, that bike is rad and a half! I just sent the owner an email to see if he'd like to participate in the photo shoot. Thanks a metric ton for the contact info!

Its always the quiet ones....

Dmitry is ever the gentleman which unfortunately means we will never see the pics, they for sure won't make the internet, and even though I know the model in question, I will promptly even forget I know about this at all because she certainly trusts D completely to allow him the honor. Sometime having integrity sucks!

Cardinal's tip worked out perfectly! We'll shoot on Sunday, provided I can find a suitable location. Looking for a large, sandy, dusty, dry location around the metro area. Desert-like would be perfect...

Any ideas?
