View Full Version : Introduction

Hello all, Just thought I'd take a second to introduce myself to the group. I've been visiting the site on and off for a while now, and it seems like you've got a great group of people here. So a little about me then I'll stop boring you. I've been a Toyota fan my whole life. First car was a 1977 FJ40 that my dad and I did a partial restore on, and since then I've been hooked. Currently my DD is an '02 Tacoma that I've built up expedition style. And the newest addition to the fleet is a '78 FJ40 dubbed the "Honey Badger" that I picked up last winter. The PO had put alot of work into her already, and I have been busy doing my part to make her mine. So that's pretty much it. I've got a list of projects ahead of me so you'll probably be seeing me floating around here. Looking forward to getting her squared away, and seeing you all on the trail.

Welcome. Great looking rigs!

By the way, I'm voting for the honey badger in the next election. In all seriousness. I've started a campaign.

Thanks for the welcomes guys. I've got a pretty full plate of projects ahead of me on the 40 that I may need some input on at some point. First project on deck is a knuckle upgrade. Got all the parts sitting here, now I just need to find some time to dive into it. Hopefully soon, cause I am itching to get her back on the road and trail. Hope to catch up with you all on trail one of these days.
