if you r on 37s and in the denver area i am trying to find out if a 37 inch tire will fit on slees tire carrier for the 80series with the back seat in position ... i talked with Amerie? sorry dont know how to spell his name and he said they could pull a bar and see... i just wont be in the denver area for couple weeks so anybody that could help that be sweet thanks

You're talking about the internal tire carrier- the one that goes between the 3rd row grab handle and the floor? I bet a 37 would fit, just a guess though. And I believe it's Amory.

I don't of anyone that has the internal carrier...If someone has one with a tire attached to it they could just measure the clearance on all sides if it isn't a 37" tire...If there is only 1/2" or 1" clearance with 35" then pretty safe bet a 37" tire isn't going to fit :(

yea i cant seem to find to anyone with it either?im sure it will hold a 37 but i still want to use my seat ...so i think ill have somethin made here locally unless i get to denver here soon

ian i have 37s, also do you have slee spare tire bar that mounts inside?can u close your seat? if u dont have the bar can u go by slees and c if your 37 would mount on the bar Amory said he could pull one to and check that be sweet if you can do that sometime , thanks for the help... ryan

Sorry, I misread your post...my spare is externally mounted. Can you coordinate a time on Saturday (tomorrow) afternoon and I can swing by there are and chat with Amory.

I can't speak for Slee's internal mount but there is definitely enough space in the back of the truck for a 37 to fit properly. When I designed my internal mount I made sure a 37 would work if I or the next person who owns the mount could put one there.

I'd wager Slees bar will work for a 37" tire
