decided to make this today from scrap around the shop to replace my workbench station.
known in the trade as a post dolly stand or beater bag stand.
it shouldn't decompose anytime soon. base is .25, stands are .75 and 1.00 respectively. the post dolly/stake holder is a receiver tube and forming stakes/planishing dollies are mounted to 2" tube.

you apearentlly do alot of sheet medal forming.
tucking forks? I used a set that were made from the tapered ends of pry bars, it worked well. I bought a couple cheap bars to do the same, but havnt gotten to it yet. Nice trailing arm dolly.

@ gahi - its actually a raising/planishing stake.
I have made a lot of tucking forks, but I don't use them much. I don't do much in sheet metal, and raising is just plain cooler.. lol
I'm pretty new to sheetmetal shaping, do you mean you just stretch everything (raising?) to get the shape? Ever have problems with tearing?
Do you use patterns? What do you do with sheet metal most?

raising is done on a stake with hammers. Tucking and shrinking are all together different and are used on edges mostly.
