View Full Version : Finally back with my Cruiser

Bought my first cruiser (76 FJ55) online from Vintage Offroad before I joined the serivice and moved to Cali (long story about that experience).

Finally wanted something to wheel so picked up a 71 40 in Lodi California that still had Colorado plates on it. Long story short...the truck and myself are back to Colorado 8 years later. We now living in Golden and would love to meet up with cruiser-heads in the local area. I've seen some killer stockers just up on 64th and McIntyre....so I know you are around. Shoot me a PM or an email so I can get plugged in for some trail rides.

Welcome Dan (I assume)!

I hope your experience with Vintage Offroad wasn't or won't be as bad as some others have had, but it sounds like you've end up selling that rig and replaced it with your 40.

Unfortunately you just missed our monthly meeting, which is held at Stevinson Toyota west in Golden the 1st Wed. of every month at 7:30.

And with the winter season coming upon us, the wheeling has slowed down a bit, though there is a group heading up this Saturday for a trip (check the event staging section), and we have our annual snow run in January. Other than that it'll probably be a little slow for the next few months.

Post up some pictures of your rig, we'd love to check it out! :D

Welcome to the forum, there are many fine 40's in the club. As Matt said you just mist the meeting but just look on the board for a trip. This Saturday is a run up Chinaman.
