Looking for a 93-97 4runner with a clean body, NO rust, Power every thing and a clean interior. Blown Motor is better for this project. Must be a manual.
I will be putting a diesel in it for the:Princess: I really do not want to spend over 1500$

Uh, what? 93-97 are completely different body styles, chassis styles, and prices.

a 90-95 4runner:

and a 96-2002 4runner

the pre 96 will give you coil rear suspention, a tail gate with a sliding rear window, 4 doors, a pitman/idler/centerlink/tierod steering, and a torsion bar front suspension.

The 96 and later will give you a coilover front suspension, rack and pinion steering, coil rear suspension, 4 doors, and a lift hatch rear gate with a sliding window, but no tail gate.

You should be able to find a 90-95 runner for well within your price range. A 96 or later, even with a blown motor, will be over your price range unless it is TOTALLY gutted, or trashed. Not saying you won't find a great deal somewhere, but the older stuff is going to be cheaper.

The 96 and later, IMO, have a FAR superior suspension design, a FAR more luxury interior and better noise control than the 90-95 4runners.

That said, My brother has a 95 4runner with a blown motor that he might let go within your price range.
