If that isn't applied faith I don't know what is. Not that such a collaborative style is exclusively Christian by any means.

But pretty scathing in its critique of narcissistic management and its outcomes!

its not really new. Effective leadership has always found ways to inspire the team. Most Managers don't understand why thats the right approach. There is a big difference between Management and Leadership. It doesnt require faith to lead, it does take a desire to make the job fun for everyone and have everyone develop a "shared ownership" in the outcome.

Tebow is applying it to a "business" that has grown to be focused on personal performance= personal wealth

This! This! A thousand times, this!!

Way too many managers in my world only hung around b-school long enough to hear "you can't manage what you don't measure". There's a wee bit more to it than that...

All true. Just glad whatever Tebow is doing is bringing attention to it (at a level that might actually get some executives' attention... :lmao: ).
