I've cleared out everything from my garage except for a roof rack I was using on my fj62. I put it on the side of my house, free to a good home. I no longer live there, so if you want it feel free to just go grab it. 748 S Lima St, aurora 80012.

Hm. I think I'll go pick it up since it's close to where I work.

By the way I don't need this so depending on what it is it may be available to whoever wants it. I'll just be the courier.

This is right around the corner from my fire house if you want me to grab it. I'm getting off duty tomorrow @ 8am.

Travis - I picked it up yesterday.
Satchel - thanks!

For free, it's not a bad deal! Thanks satchel!
I kinda like it, though I don't know what kind of use I'm going to get out of it. It touches my roof in the front, which I don't like too much. Needs a little repair, but all in all a pretty slick setup! It is a ConFerr by the way, so that's also

I had a slightly larger version of that rack on my first FJ40 back in the early 90's. :thumb:

Cool rack! and that's a score.. hey I know where you can get some riser plates for those towers, will make that rack sit up about 2" higher. ;)

Looks much better on your 40 than my 62, Matt. Hope you enjoy it! Wish I could have gotten all of my other parts out before they were trashed...

Is that front clamp tweaked? It looks cockeyed  - looks like if you could get the clamp straighter it would raise the rack off the roof...
Or maybe just a couple washers where the front clamps attach to the rack will space it up enough to clear.

I'll take it. If its still avalable. I think it would be right at home on my 70.:)

Yeah, I think I could be brought to part ways with it. Just didn't want it to go in the trash. It is definitely tweaked and needs some TLC, it's gonna need a welder and a trip to the hardware store before it's 100% ready to mount. Shoot me a PM, I live in south Denver and work in Aurora.

If he doesn't take it I will.
