very possibly putting the homestead on the market. Great home in the city with the highest rated schools in Denver proper.

pm me if your interested, would love to see a good family/couple get this place. NO covenants, great neighbor (he's a welder as well) and close to everything (trader joes going in 1.5 blocks away)

This is not a listing. Also, it's 2.5 bath, not 1.5

PM please or call via member list.

We're in a crappy zip code (80210, Harvard Gulch-Rosedale) compared to John, but our house should be on the market on or about 6/8/12. 4BR, 3BA, double lot, 1920-built 1.5 story bungalow, birch floors, well established garden. The Concord grape vines give us 4+ batches of jam annually and we split the fruit 50/50 with the bees! We're walking distance to two ERs (Porter and Swedish), which has been good... Also near the Safeway, Boone's, DU, good Indian and sushi.

What do you think about renting it for a year with a possible purchase deal attached? The clock is ticking and I'll need to move in by 6/15. Pm me some more details. Thanks!

We're not much interested in renting the place, but if you're still curious about it we can get in touch off line so as not to sully John's thread any more.

Not to steal John's thunder but to offer variety. http://www.trulia.com/property/3084413787-2055-Newton-St-Denver-CO-80211 I know the builder very well and its across the street from my house.

Back to John's house, its a great place and great location.
