Hey Guys I need help in finding a steering box. Im doing the PS conversion on my 76 fj40 and I have everything but the steering box and the pressure line of the box. If anybody has one let me know. Thanks.

Are you looking for new, rebuilt, or used/junkyard? JT Outfitters sells rebuilt p/s boxes, and I'm sure your local auto parts place does too.

I need one off a mini truck no later then 1985 or an 4runner from1984 to 1985. Must be a solid axle with factory PS.

I would like to buy a good used one for the simple fact that new ones are super pricey. Thanks for the hlep guys.

I don't have a lead on the box. When I did my power steering conversion (http://risingsun4x4club.org/forum2/showthread.php?t=9265&highlight=power+steering+conversion), I I made a custom power steering hose by starting with an FJ60 power steering hose from NAPA, part # NPS72142. I trimmed off the connecting end of the FJ60 hose and double flared the connecting end from my pump. The FJ60 hose is not a direct fit because the metal tube portion is a bit long. Someone (Marco perhaps) found a source locally that will make a custom hose.
