Hey all,

Marlin has a sale on their dual adapters and I couldn't resist, so now I need a donor t-case to make use of it. I'd like to do a top shift one so I don't have to adapt, so let me know if you have something for me. I'm sure Yota Jim's has one, so I'll go there if I don't get any hits, but hoping someone has one sitting. I only really need the reduction part, so parts could work too. Shoot me a PM or post up here if you have one.

Josh

There is one in the Springs on CL for $90 which is the right one.

Make sure you get one that doesn't have the splines that taper. They were apparently 79 and 80 models. I made that mistake and had grind them down.

There was also a guy in FoCo with a bunch of random t-case parts. Unclear if it is enough to put together a crawl box.

haha....I was literally looking at that ad when the notification email came in. It was put up on the 8th, so not sure if its still available but I'll contact him and see.

I'd be interested in one closer if anyone has one though. I live in Lakewood.

Thanks,

Josh

That is the right price, and all I really need is the reduction part, so I might look into that too. Its an old add as well, but I'm sure he has some parts.

Here is one in Erie as well from a turbo. Should be a 23 spline. It was an automatic, so under it is a top shift, or even gear driven for that matter.

cool....another one to look into, though I'm not sure it will work with my setup since it will have to bolt to a w56 tranny but its still a good lead. I'm gonna call around to these places tomorrow.

Good to know I have the Craigslist Ninja on my side :D

I had been looking for one for myself recently hence knowing where some of them were. Just a tip, if you are going to do the duals and us a CV style shaft up front, you will need to change the rear output flange on the t-case or change the flange on the end of the CV.

The front and rear flanges on my t-case were different. The rear flange was really stubborn wouldn't come off, hence my hunt for another t-case.
