View Full Version : Insurance Forms!

So the :Princess: :Princess: :Princess: all saw the dentist yesterday. Luckily for me they used the dentist we've always used, who is now "out of network".

So I'm having a good time playing with the pencils and filling out the forms, and it reminded me of the reference to our friends on the group "W" bench.

Why does box # 3 need to have the exact same information as box #12, which it is directly adjacent to? Why does each :Princess: need a new form, when the dentist very helpfully combined everything onto one invoice? Why does that bother me? I don't know, but I do know that I want to kill.

That is all, carry on with your day.:thumb:

It's called 'outsourcing clerical work'. From the insurance company, to you. You could always invoice them...
