Fished Spinney Reservoir in the float tube yesterday May 24. Water is super low. Hand launched vessels only. About 20 other guys fly fishing from float tubes. We're in that period of time where the reservoir hasn't fully turned over, not too much for bug activity yet. There were a few callibaetis and chironomids on the water and some midge activity.
Fishing wasn't great. A few fish were taken on wolly buggers, slow stripped down deep. Other than that, midges and small mayfly patterns seemed to be working. The next few weeks should get going with the start of the callibaetis hatch.
Runoff has started, so we're a few weeks away from decent river/stream fishing now.

Great thread and hopefully I can contribute my fair share. We're up at the family cabin in teller county quite often and fish 11-mile from the boat as often as we can. We're expecting a new baby within the next month or so and I'm not sure how that's going to impact my fishing season though....

Hit the Dream Stream with the fly rod today. Hadn't fished in nearly 1.5 years nor had I been there before. Got a few hits but didn't land anything, however, my buddy did really good. Wind came up around 2pm

Fished Vallecito Reservoir today via boat. It sucked not even a nibble. Water is about 20' down from capacity. Bridger had a great time with Grandpa though.
On a secondary note I fished it from the shore a couple days during the week of the 4th with no luck either :(
