We are coming your way next week end for 7 days. We will most likely have several major breakdowns along the way considering what we are doing this in.

Looks like a great adventure. I was just up on the Hagerman Pass route last weekend. Its beautiful. A great campsite near the top, leadville side, and I really enjoyed the route by Sellar and Diemer lake, though definitely longer and harder.

Check Bushducks for pass status - like Mosquito Pass - which is now open. http://bushducks.com/tripreps/passopen.htm

You Start the 27th? Maybe we'll see you up there. Are you on CB and or HAM? Channels?

Yes we leave out from Justins on the 27th. Will have CB but haven't decided on what channel yet. Is there a popular one?

We will aslo have a Spot GPS on us. I'll post the link next week. You can see where we are every 10 min of the trip.

Man, you are going to hit more passes in a week than I have in 8 years. Good on you!

Too bad you can't switch up your itinerary and make the 40's Only Run with us on the 4th. Argentine Pass and whole bunch of 40's. You would have fit right in. ;)

The plan is to arrive in Colorado Springs Friday evening. Get groceries and find someplace to eat. Don't know how much visiting we can do but if we get in town early and it looks like we have time to hang out I'll post up and see if anyone is alive.

I'm in Colorado Springs this summer and would love to catch you guys on this journey... if nothing else do yourself a favor and go to "Crave" hamburger... one of the BEST burger joints I have EVER been to and I am always on the hunt for the best burger. Its off Academy and Woodman (roughly) in Colorado Springs.

Hit me up with a PM if you need anything. Have a great trip!

Sometimes south side rules. I can walk to the HR location from my house.

Perfect. Hey I have a question. The 40 in the group is towing a m416 with a rtt. It has trailer brakes and has 33" tires. Do y'all see any issues with it being on any of these trails?

Can you list the trails? I couldn't open the map files.

I think you should be ok on all of them. at least that's what i told jp. there always a couple tricky spots you'll need to pay attention but experienced wheelers with a trailer shouldn't be an issue.
