Just purchased the Bend Tech EZ3D program for bending round & square tube. It's pretty slick program so far & I've only spent 30 minutes playing with it!http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/09/17/e4anysa7.jpg

Sweet, been wanting to get a copy but since I build my cage I am in no real need anymore. I do want to build a front push bar/desert pre-runner bar for my Chevy truck to hold some lights and a winch surround. LMK if you have time to help me design one I would be most appreciative.

No problem. I'm still learning the program but that sounds like a good project. What I like about it so far is that all the fab'd parts are saved on the PC. If I tango with a rock/boulder I'll be able to reproduce the exact part with ease. Check back with me in a month... The 40 should be done!!!http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/16/syba9ara.jpg

Fab'd a new tool to keep tube exact while running through the bender. For $6 at Harbor Freight it seems to be working great.http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/17/y7a5e5aq.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/17/amehytav.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/17/qyja2eju.jpg

That's far out. Your fab work looks down right professional.

Can I hire you to help me build sliders? LOL

So does that program let you pretty much design a whole cage or sliders, from your measurements etc?

I'll probably need to wait till spring early summer. I'll save up some money for materials. But I would really appreciate that.

Looking good Travis, that extra tool is pretty handy. It sucks when you are of by a degree or two on a double or triple bend piece. The fenders are looking good!!
