With great hesitation I've decided to list my GMC... This would be an easy project for someone but the reality is that it's just not going to work for me & the family right now. Here's the 411:

It currently has a Strong Chevy 350 with high performance carburetor, serpentine belt, and shift kit. Can't remember what the odometer reads but the engine was rebuilt approximately 15,000/10 years ago. No paperwork but I did purchase this off of a fellow Fireman who is also a good friend of mine. He drove it for a few years and then parked it. Together, he and I got her fired up and drove it around the block. It has a TH400 in it now but I also have TH350 that goes with it. This is a long bed/fleet side C-10 and it appears that it originally had a “California”/wood bed. It’s 99% complete and only needs a tailgate, side mirrors, and a few trim pieces. Truck is running condition but needs tires. My plan for this truck was to convert the front axle to disc brakes with a drop spindle conversion, tackle the minimal amount of rust it has, and put a nice paint job on it. I have the two replacement panels to mitigate/repair the rust & they will be included in this sale. Call or Text for more information or details. 72o-987-42o2. Travis

Oh man! That would be a GREAT project. Dang. Best of luck with the sale.

I was really looking forward to it but I'd rather wait until the kids are school full time. Forgot to mention that I'd consider trades as well... 4-runner, guns, gold, etc

No takers? How about I drop each price by $1000? That makes the truck $1500 & the package $2500. This is a running vehicle...

Gah, I'd love it, just have no room or time for a project at the moment. There have been several great deals lately that I can't take advantage of until sometime next year. Driving me nuts.

Best of luck with the sale man. Bad timing for me, but hopefully someone will grab it up. Nothing on CL either?

Little bit of interest from CL but I've got it listed high. If it helps, I can store the truck until the house sells...could be a month or a year; buyer just needs to supply tires that hold air so we can move it

Gosh. So, where is the rust located, and what panels exactly need replacement?

Also, how is the electrical? All lights/signals operational? Also, are the tires actually shot, or just flat/need reseat, but unsafe for driving use?

I really shouldn't even be thinking about this.

Send me your email for more pictures. Tires are shot/ sidewall damage on one.

More pictures, to my knowledge the electrical is in good shape.... The rust is along the driver's side rocker panel, small area and drivers side front fender, and one baseball size area above passenger side rear tire. This truck is running but does need a carb cleaning because it's sat for so long. IMHO in much better shape than my 40 that I've been working on for the last 6 years!!! $1500 is my bottom line otherwise I'll get to it eventually. The only reason I have it listed is because I'd like to build up a 4-runner

Rust areas. Again, I have a repalcement rocker panel and the bed rust isn't all the way threw.

You know you want it!!! I'd consider trading for a decent 4-runner but the real reason I'm trying to liquidate this is to buy Keith's recently listed/crashed 4-runner. So in reality, you'll be helping out two Rising Sun Members!!!

LOL. I have a 4runner, but I'd be looking for a bit more than a trade. I'm stewing on it.

Possibly trade for 37-40" MTR's (15" rim), crawl box or doubler for a Turbo 350 or 700r4, 2 seats, 8000lbs winch, etc... Whatcha got?

Dang, this truck is like a getting a girlfriend...all the other girls want you as soon as you commit to someone! I literally just sold the truck yesterday & had 3 additional offers before I could delete the CL ad!

At any rate, I still have the TBI 350/700R4/NP208 set up with the harness and computer (140k miles on engine, tranny, & t/c). Additionally I have a Dana 300 with the Lomax 4:1 gears & twin stick set up plus a 4-core radiator. I was planning on putting this set up into an FJ60 that I'm picking up (hence no pictures) that is complete minus the driveline which was previously a Chevy 350. I'd consider selling it as well before I start working on it. I'd let everything mentioned go for $3,200; or I would also consider a partial trade If you happen to have a 1st generation 4-runner. I will post pictures of the 60 soon.

Thanks Mike. I did come across that one but I don't have that kinda money. That is what it will eventually be however, at least sorta.

Yeah, that's not my price range either. This one is my range but, you probably saw it too, if you're looking for them.
