Yeah, we saw that a few weeks ago. I was more interested in checking out the cruiser than looking at the animals. LOL My wife wasn't amused...:p:

When I read this thread's title I thought it was going a completely different direction...

I saw that Cruiser when we took my toddler to Boo at the Zoo last week, commented on it, and got rolled eyes from my wife. :)

We have a zoo membership and go quite often. My 2 year old loves to go look at it and say "old landcruiser."

The teenaged girls working there always think he's trying to say something about the animals.

Went to the zoo again today, got the frame number fj4030146 which is a July or August 64 build

So did you get any strange looks while reading the frame VIN? We are truly a bunch of geeks.

I wonder if they'd let us do a club restore on it… have our club's name on it advertising at the zoo...

No, but the vendor lady mentioned that they imported it from overseas. Not sure about that.

I think they like the patina

We'd have to raise our dues to pay for that resto! I saw it today..... The first thing we'd need to do is flip the bezel.
