Just got back from my mini road trip in the FJ60. Kim and I drove from Denver to Northern Minnesota to visit family, about 2500 miles round trip, Dec 22-31. We left after the first blizzard and drove back through another. 22 hrs there with a stop over in Minneapolis and about the same coming back. We had to pull off in Nebraska for the night on the way home due to an ice storm. The 60 did great and the only problem the whole trip was a burnt headlight. :D

Our route:

Here's the 60 in Grand Marais, Minnesota next to Lake Superior:

After this trip I'm ready to drive anywhere in the 60 with no worries.

Hope you enjoyed the pics. :thumb:

Superior, they say, never gives up her dead
When the gales of November come early...

Looks very warm when you were there!

Where's all the snow??? Minesota, way up north, supposed to be cold and snowy. Looks like we got all the snow this year.

Some real nice shots of the lake, looks good.

Yeah very strange "winter" up there this year. No Snow, warm temps... Global warming is playing games with us. No snow in Norther Minnesota and three feet in Denver!
