*** SOLD ***

Yet more stuff I bought for my '76 :(

Toyota OEM mirror heads and telescoping arms. Bolts are probably aftermarket. Mirror heads are NIB (bag and box :)) and the arms are NIB (new in bag).

SOR price for the set would be $173 + shipping (Part #s 166-01A, 166-02A, and 166-03A-W) or you could by 2 'kits' @ $87 ea for $174 total

$125 + shipping

See pic and PM me with any questions.

Do these bolt to the windshield hinges? meaning I can run them with soft doors, or w/o doors?

And anyone know if these shake a lot in the wind like the JTO mirror that I have an don't like for that very reason? :)

Yes they do...Looks just like what you see on my '74 only with OEM mirror heads instead of whatever my '74 has. Both arms and mirror heads are OEM. Bolts, don't know. They're just in a SOR bag with a tag with the part #

As for 'shake'...I haven't noticed the ones on my '74 having too bad of a shake but I'm probably not the best judge of that due to lack of driving the 40 :(

SOLD....I'll take them both.

Ok...Want to make sure I do this right? Did Tim have first dibs on them with his question that I was slow to respond to or you because you said you'd take them? Never been in this situation before where more than one person wants the same item around the same time...

Let me know and we can work out payment and shipping/pickup details :)

I have the CCOT mirrors which are repros of the OEM mount and have the squarer shaped glass. They mount to the windshield hinge, or to the cowl if you have the mount holes (I've seen them on 45's) otherwise you need an adapter to mount them to the door hinges (CCOT $19). Mine don't vibrate or shake, but it's impossible to get the passenger side mirror into a position that you can see anything. The OEM mirrors look a lot nicer than the CCOT mirrors.
