My Dad is trying to buy me D-Rings for my birthday but doesn't want to buy them from the internet link I sent him because shipping is too high (cheap bastard - did I mention he drives a loaded Lexus hybrid).

Anyway, I know they are expensive at the 4x4 stores locally. I remember our old Commander Rob M., told me about an industrial type place near Santa Fe and downtown somewhere that you can buy these really cheap. Does anyone know of a place like this?

I don't know the quality but I saw a huge variety of d-rings at the Tool King on the West 6th Ave Frontage rd near Simms.

McGuckins sells them in Boulder... all kinds of nice ones.

Thanks for the options. The tool king is near me. Still looking for the place near I-25 and 6th though.

Yea, the only time I go through boulder is if I'm heading to Carnage or somthing in the hills. I could make my Dad go there though. It seems like just the kind of place we are looking for.

I think I got one at 4WP for about $13-$14...there's one on the north side of town in Westminster...not real close to I25/6th, though.

You have a Co-op anywhere close? Up here, they carry heavy duty D-rings. Just a thought. :thumb:
