Special thanks to Gary, Kelly, and Shelby.

I'm lucky enough to have been adopted by my neighbor's cat, aptly named 'Hugger'. Great cat. Sheds too much though (PHUH! Cat hair in my mouth and face after a Hugger hug). He likes to chase our Miss Kitty however, she is not bestpleased. So she has taken to sleeping on our front porch, where she greets me with sleepy eyes at 5:30 every morning.

I 'get' the cat thing.

awesome...we just lost 1 of our cats recently...if his brother was not such a neurotic lunatic, we would be getting him a new playmate. :)

Yes they are Maine Coons. We have the mom and a buddy of mine has the dad. Dad was 21lbs. Mom is much smaller but has a great attitude. We only had 4 kittens this time around, but plan on having more when we get settled into our new place up there; which by the way, moving is happening on Friday.

Awesome.
You could do what I did. The kids named ours Oreo (black and white, get it?) but she has never answered to that. However, she immediately responds to Kitty, as in "kittykittykitty" when I feed her:lmao:.

So her name on the tag is Miss Kitty, a la Gunsmoke.
We need a male named Marshall Dillon.:lmao:

Elsie is getting big. Approx 6 months old and she is huge. I took care of Pepper for my niece and nephew while they were wheeling. Pepper is almost two months old I think.

Cute kitties, Mike.

I recently moved my office back to my home. I have this enormous ink jet printer that sits on my desk. One of our cats, Lulu, has decided that she likes to hang out with me all day, sleeping on top of the printer. So I put this on top of the printer; it's actually a baby changing pad (http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2401442), covered with a washable terrycloth cover (http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2318891). Our kids are all potty trained now, so the cats have full use of the pad.
